Peppergrass may be
easily confused with:
- Roadside Pennycress
Leaves of pennycress clasp the stem, while the leaves on peppergrass have short stalks.
- Shepherd's Purse
Shepherd's purse has the distinctive seed pods, as well as a large, lobed leaf. The leaf on peppergrass is small and shallowly toothed.
