Daisy Fleabane may be
easily confused with:
- English Daisy
Fleabane is generally much taller tan English daisy, which also has only basal leaves.
- Horseweed
The horseweed flowe is a good bit smaller than daisy fleabane.
- Philadelphia Fleabane
The leaf of Philadelphia (common) fleabane clasps the stem, while daisy fleabane has a sessile, but not clasping, leaf. The rays on Philadelphia fleabane are thread-like, while those of daisy fleabane are very slightly wider.
