easily confused with:
- Golden Alexander
Wild parsnip is substantially taller, and has 5 to 15 sessile (stemless) leaflets and a deeply grooved stem.
- Queen Anne's Lace
Wild parsnip is always yellow, while Queen Anne's lace is normally white (though rarely pink).
